I have more than one computer or device, are they all covered?
Each device or computer is added to your Service Agreement on an agreed basis.  They can be added or removed by following a simple registration process.
I have more than one user on my device, are they covered to?
Yes!  If your device or computer is covered by the Service Agreement then all users, and all of their data on that device are covered.
I have lots of devices, how many can the service support?
There is no limit to the amount of devices or computers that can be covered by the Service Agreement, you will only be billed for devices where the security software is supported.  If you are not sure if your Operating Systems are supported, please refer to the Supported Platforms List.
Are Servers covered to?
Yes!  Our Security Service also works for server platforms.  Please refer to the Supported Platforms List for further information.
Is this for business customers only?

Our Data Protection services are available to all customers.

I turn my computer off regularly, is this OK?
Yes.  The Security Service will automatically start each time your computer is turned on or rebooted.  It will update itself automatically so you will have the latest protection very soon after turning your computer on.
Can I move a licence from one device to another?

Yes.  Licences are considered as floating licences but are registered on a monthly basis.  If moving a licence to another device in the same month a licence cost adjustment may be required.  You should contact us as soon as you know you need to move a licence so we can help with the planning.

How are renewals processed?

You or the nominated contact for your Service Agreement will receive an email around one month before the expiry date with a renewal invoice based on the number of licences in use at that time.  If we don’t hear from you a few days before expiry we will attempt to contact you.

Expiry date alignment

The preference is to have one expiry date per Service Agreement, therefore if adding extra devices to your agreement the initial invoice for the new devices will be pro-rated based on your existing expiry date.  The new devices also receive the rest of the current month (when the software is installed) at no cost.

Can payment be made using BPAY?

At this point in time we do not support payment via BPAY.
